Admission and visa approvals depend on universities, embassies, and relevant authorities. ICER does not guarantee admission or visa approval but ensures full support throughout the process.

Applicants must provide accurate and complete personal, academic, and contact information.

ICER will not be responsible for any issues (delays, rejections, or additional requirements) caused by false or incomplete information.

3. Fees & Payments

Service charges (if applicable) will be communicated clearly before proceeding.

Tuition fees, application fees, and other charges are determined by universities and payable directly to the respective institutions.

4. Confidentiality

ICER will keep all applicant data strictly confidential, following our Privacy Policy.

Personal data will only be used for counseling, admission processing, and communication purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

ICER will not be liable for decisions made by universities, embassies, or immigration authorities.

Any delays, rejections, or policy changes from government/university side are beyond ICER’s control.

ICER reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective once published.
